VPS Server Rebuild Process

Rebuilding a VPS server reconfigures the operating system and settings, restoring the server to its original state. This process resolves issues such as missing SSH keys from initial setup, corrupted configurations, or compromised system security.

Warning: Rebuilding a VPS server permanently deletes all existing data and installs a fresh operating system or blank disk based on selected options.

Rebuild Procedure

Follow these steps to rebuild your VPS server:

Log in to the VPS management panel
Select Manage for the target VPS server
Click Rebuild
Click Continue to confirm the rebuild process
Complete the VPS server setup configuration
Click Install with [Operating System Name] to finalize the rebuild

Post-Rebuild Configuration

After rebuilding, the server returns to its default configuration state. You will need to:

Reconfigure SSH access and keys
Reinstall applications and services
Restore data from backups
Apply security configurations
