Acceptable Use Policy

By using the Services provided by Valkyrie Hosting®, you agree to comply with the following Acceptable Use Policy. Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

 

Illegal Use

The use of Valkyrie Hosting® services for illegal activities or to support such activities is prohibited. Valkyrie Hosting® reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or affected parties in investigating suspected crimes or civil wrongs.

Threats

Transmission of threatening material or harassment of others using Valkyrie Hosting® services, whether through email, uploading, posting, or otherwise, is not allowed.

Forgery or Impersonation

Forgery or impersonation, including modifying network header information to deceive or mislead, and attempting to impersonate another person using forged headers or other identifying information, is prohibited. The use of anonymous re-mailers or nicknames does not constitute impersonation.

Fraudulent Activity

Using Valkyrie Hosting® services to engage in fraudulent activities, such as financial scams, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent advertising, is prohibited.

Unauthorized Access

Unauthorized access to the accounts of others, or attempts to penetrate Valkyrie Hosting® or any other entity's computer systems, networks, or telecommunications systems is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate termination and investigation.

Network Disruptions

Any activity that disrupts the ability of others to use Valkyrie Hosting® services or the internet, such as Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or interference with network users, services, or equipment, is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure your network is secure and not used for illegal or inappropriate actions.

Fraud

Fraudulent activities, including misrepresentation or misleading statements, are strictly prohibited. Valkyrie Hosting® is not responsible for any third-party websites, services, or content and does not endorse or assume responsibility for them. Any access to such third-party websites or content is at your own risk.

Prohibited Usage

The following activities are not permitted on Valkyrie Hosting® services:

• Pornography
• File sharing/repositories/storage
• Fraudulent activity, extortion, or blackmail
• Malicious scripts or software, including phishing, backdoors, and CPU/memory-eating scripts

• Using services as a central source for providing mod content to clients

Disk Resource Use

Disk space provided with Valkyrie Hosting® services is for content directly related to the operation of the website, web application, or game server being hosted. It cannot be used for file sharing, storing backups, or unrelated purposes.

Abuse

Any abuse complaints related to your services will be forwarded to you for prompt attention. We may suspend your services until the abuse issue is resolved. If the abuse report is upheld, your services may be terminated.
