We are Valkyrie Hosting LTD, doing business as Valkyrie Hosting® ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a company registered in the United Kingdom at Office 3942, 182-184 High Street North, London, England, E6 2JA.
We operate the website valkyriehosting.com (the 'Site'), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the 'Legal Terms') (collectively, the 'Services').

Use of Valkyrie Hosting® services constitutes acceptance and agreement to AUP (“Acceptable Use Policy”), Privacy Policy, and T&C (“Terms of Service).
All provisions of this contract are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Valkyrie Hosting®.
Subscriber understands that changes to the T&C by Valkyrie Hosting® shall not be grounds for early contract termination or non-payment.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Legal Terms prior to you using the Services.

Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any of our products or services at any time for any reason.
Prices for our products and or services are subject to change.
User Registration
You may be required to register to use our services.
You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.
We reserve the right to remove or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Purchases and Payment
We accept the following forms of payment on our website:
- PayPal
- Mastercard (Via Stripe)
- Visa (Via Stripe)
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our website or services.
You agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and provide you with your services and or contact you as needed.
We reserve the right to change the prices of our services at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to you prior to the next billing cycle.
By continuing to use our services after the price change has been implemented, you accept the new pricing.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable fees.
You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order with us.
If your order is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you request the termination of the applicable order.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing. This also applies if we have already requested or received payment.
Payments
- All of our services run on a subscription based payment system.
- Our services can be terminated by the customer at any time, however no refunds will be given for the remainder of the billing cycle.
- Charges are made automatically on the due date if paid directly using a credit/debit or PayPal.
For all our services excluding dedicated servers, the following will be enforced:
An invoice will be generated 7 days prior to due date.
- If unpaid, invoice will be marked overdue at the day after the due date. At this point, the first overdue notice will be sent out via email.
- 48 hours after being overdue, affected services will be suspended. At this point, the second overdue notice will be sent out via email.
- 72 hours after being overdue, the third overdue notice will be sent out via email.
- 7 Days after being overdue, the affected services will be terminated and files removed.
- If your service is suspended from being overdue - The affected services will be unsuspended, upon the payment being recieved and confirmed.
Dedicated servers will have the following enforced.
- Invoice will be marked overdue the day after the due date.
- The dedicated server will be terminated after 72 hours if the overdue invoice is not paid and files removed from our services.
Services
- The cost of a server subscription is valid through the entire rental of the server, this will be subject to fair consumer price increases.
- All subscription users have the option to transfer to different products or services of equivalent price and specifications. Users may also choose to upgrade their service, in which case the associated upgrade cost will be charged immediately. Payments for upgrades are non-refundable.
- Dedicated servers may take up to 72 hours to be setup.
- Valkyrie Hosting® will not install add-ons/mods/maps unless the Server Management addon is purchased and is currently active.
- Service downgrades are nonrefundable, downgrades will occur the instant you make them.
- We guarantee an uptime of 99.9%. Any network or power outage that exceeds this threshold over the course of 30 days will be compensated.
Security
- You agree not to access or attempt to access any of our services by any means other than the Valkyrie Hosting® interface/client area.
- You agree not to circumvent Valkyrie Hosting® security features for any reason, particularly in order to access the system without incurring charges.
- You agree not to engage in activities that interrupt or interfere with Valkyrie Hosting® services.
- You agree not to use Valkyrie Hosting®'s website in a manner that unfairly, as determined by the sole discretion of Valkyrie Hosting®, encumbers any system beyond those provided to you as part of the service you purchased.
- You agree not to perform any network-based attack on any network, host, or server, including but not limited to "denial of service" attacks or attempting to crash the server.
- You agree not to reproduce, sell, or trade Valkyrie Hosting® services.
- You agree that your account is your sole responsibility and that you will accept the consequences of any breach of your obligations under the Terms and Conditions agreement.
- You agree that you are responsible for the security of your account.
- You agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Refunds & Cancellations & Money-Back Guarantee
- All Valkyrie Hosting® plans have a 3 (three) day money-back guarantee from the initial server setup date excluding dedicated servers.
- After the 3 (three) day period of the server setup date, the service is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Any refunds must be requested via a support ticket within the 3 day period.
- Domain registration is non-refundable.
- VPS orders are non-refundable.
- Dedicated server orders are non-refundable.
- Addons for services are non-refundable.
Refunds on automated renewal payments will only be issued when requested by the client. If requested within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the automatic renewal payment, 100% of the renewal amount will be refunded. If requested within 7 (seven) days of the automated renewal payment, 50% of the amount will be refunded. Any requests made after the 7 day period, no refund will be issued.
- Refunds on automated renewal payments will not apply to non-refundable services such as VPS, Dedicated Servers or Domain Registrations.
- Refunds will only be provided to new customers/clients.
- Any clients who have purchased a service previously will not be eligible for the 3-day money-back guarantee.
- If we receive a charge-back or dispute of any payment it will result in the immediate suspension of all services you own until the resolution of the dispute or charge-back.
- If a charge-back is ruled in favor of the customer, and we believe that the charge-back could be fraudulent, we reserve the right to refer it to a credit collections agency.
Valkyrie Hosting® reserves the right to terminate your account at any time.
Any pre-paid fees will be refunded if Valkyrie Hosting® initiates the cancellation at its discretion.
Support
- We aim to provide an average response time of 30 minutes however some responses may take longer depending on the request.
- Repeatedly spamming the ticket system will result in delays in response. Continued abuse may lead to a ban from the support ticket system, which will prevent you from receiving assistance for your services.

We reserve the right to withhold a response if your communication includes abusive comments (e.g., swearing or disruptive behavior). Continued abuse may result in the termination of your services without a refund.
Backups
- Backups are available for game server packages at an additional cost.
- Valkyrie Hosting® provides daily backups for a 7-day period, with backups taken once a day between 00:00am and 11:59pm. Any backups older than 7 days will be automatically deleted.
- Backups are stored on a separate storage drive that is not accessible to customers.
- Valkyrie Hosting® is not responsible for any loss of files, content, plugins, mods, maps, or other data if backups are unavailable due to an error.
Domains
As part of the domain registration process, you will be required to provide us with certain information and to update this information to keep it accurate.
This information will include: your full name, postal address, email address, and telephone number;
- For organizations, associations, or corporations, the name of an authorized contact person for communication purposes;
- The IP addresses of the primary and any secondary nameservers for the domain name;
- The corresponding names of these nameservers;
- The full name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and fax number (if available) of the technical contact for the domain name;
- The full name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and fax number (if available) of the administrative contact for the domain name;
- The name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and fax number (if available) of the billing contact for the domain name;
Any remarks concerning the registered domain name to be listed in the Whois directory.
You acknowledge and agree that this registration data will be publicly accessible (unless ID protection is purchased) on the Whois directory, as required by ICANN/Registry Policy, and may be sold in bulk in accordance with the ICANN Agreement.
You represent and warrant that the information provided in your domain name registration application is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and you agree to keep this information current. Failure to provide accurate or reliable information, failure to promptly update the provided information, or failure to respond within five calendar days to inquiries sent to the administrative, billing, or technical contact email address listed in the Whois directory regarding the accuracy of contact details associated with any domain registration(s), will be considered a breach of this Agreement. Any personal data collected from you, as an identified or identifiable individual, will be used for domain name registration purposes, in accordance with this Agreement, and as required or permitted by ICANN/Registry Policy.
Affiliate Program
- Activating your affiliate account and sharing your affiliate link requires you to have a clear and conspicuous disclosure of your relationship with Valkyrie Hosting®.

- Affiliate program withdrawals are only available through PayPal or site credit.
- Advertising your affiliate link is only permitted on websites that require registration and clearly state who posted the affiliate link.
- Promotional websites offering reviews, coupons, or discounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of your affiliate balance.
- We will not provide commission on dedicated server orders.
- Your affiliate link must be fully visible when posted, and the use of redirects or URL shortening services to obscure your affiliate link is not permitted.
Your account may be subject to investigation at any time to ensure compliance with the terms of the affiliate program. Failure to adhere to any of these terms may result in the inability to withdraw your affiliate balance, nullification of your affiliate account balance, and/or account termination.
Minecraft
By using any Valkyrie Hosting® Minecraft-related services, you agree to comply with the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and any other related agreements, terms, or conditions set forth by Mojang AB. These obligations are in addition to, and not a replacement for, the Valkyrie Hosting® Terms of Service.

Server Management Addon
- Renewal: The Server Management Addon must be renewed at the end of each billing period to remain active.
- Service Limitations: The Server Management Addon applies solely to the specific server for which it was purchased and cannot be transferred to any other service or server.
- Request Submission: All management requests must be submitted through a support ticket opened under your client account.
- Clarification: If we are unable to fulfill your request, we may ask for additional clarification or information to proceed.
- Exclusions: The following services are not covered under the Server Management Addon:
- Configuration of permissions, ranks, or kit plugins.
- Configuration of crate keys or similar plugins.
- Building or designing worlds, maps, or structures.
- Setup of plugins that require in-game configuration.
- Development of mods, add-ons, or plugins.
- Right to Deny: Valkyrie Hosting® reserves the right to deny any management request at our discretion.
MySQL Agreement
While Valkyrie Hosting® provides instant database creation through our control panel, please note that our databases are offered as a free service. As such, we do not assume any liability for MySQL data loss or corruption. By using a database provided by Valkyrie Hosting®, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to terminate the database at our discretion. Furthermore, our MySQL service is not intended for personal use, including but not limited to private websites and other non-server-related applications.Valkyrie Hosting® makes no warranty or representation that:
- The service's ability to meet your specific requirements.
- The uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the service.
- The accuracy or reliability of any results derived from using the service.
- Whether the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials obtained through the service will meet your expectations.

The correction of any errors in the software.
Abuse
Any abuse complaints related to your services will be forwarded to you for prompt attention. We may suspend your services until the abuse issue is resolved. If the abuse report is upheld, your services may be terminated.
